Parachutes

Our scout meeting was outdoors this week. We met at the normal time of 8pm down at the viaduct near the harbour.

We started off with a game and then quickly moved on to the main activity of the evening which was making parachutes.

We were given a dog poo bag, pieces of string and a toy soldier.

Once they were all made we went up in 2 groups to the top of the viaduct to test our parachutes.

Once everyone had tested their parachutes we made sure to pick all of them up and leave no trace.

We finished off the night with a game of "Snatch the Bacon".

It was a fun night and we all had some fun!
