Beavers @ Junior Parkrun

As part of our Special Interest badge work the #89thBremore beavers were set the task of getting active by completing the local junior parkrun for at least 6 weeks. This is a free timed 2km run based near the pitches behind Bremore Castle that happens every sunday at 9.30.

Lots of the colony accepted the challange and two of the beavers recieved milestone bands on Sunday morning on the parkruns first birthday. 

Kathleen recieved her marathon band for completing 22 runs and Lelja a half marathon band for completing 11. Well done girlies. Lots of the others should be recieving bands in the next few weeks too.
