Beaver Sleepover
Last weekend 20+ beavers new & old headed off for the first den sleepover of the season to Balinteer.
We had a fun filled day and night during which the beavers explored Marley Park, got great enjoyment out of the playground and traumatized a few squirrels.
Who knew that beavers and squirrels didn't get on!?
After our days hiking about in the fresh air we settled back into the den for movies & crafts.
That night beavers perfected their artistic skills while the leaders perfected their ironing skills!!.
Who knew that you needed to iron on a beaver sleepover.
All beavers slept soundly from midnight on and we look forward to doing it all again in the new year.
